For authors of accepted papers

Regarding the registration for ICCE2014, at least one author for every accepted paper is required to register for the participation in the Conference by October 1st. (NOT by October 8th)

Late registrations after October 1st are welcomed but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the Conference.
A registered participant can only have at most two papers published in the proceedings of the Conference. More Registration information is available on conference website and the registration website

The registration fees will be charged in Japanese currency, Yen (JPY). Click HERE for the exchange rate.
The registration fee is inclusive of:

  1. Participations at main conference and all pre-conference events,
  2. Conference kits,
  3. Conference proceedings in USB,
  4. Lunches and tea breaks
  5. Welcome reception ticket and 1 banquet ticket, and
  6. APSCE Membership for 2015.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before October 30, 2014 – 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations received after October 30, 2014.

Discount

To attract participants from emerging economies from the Asia Pacific region (as defined by World Bank), individuals from these emerging economies qualify for a discounted rate. Please note that the discounted rate is based on the country of the institution (or the main employer) that the registrant is affiliated to. The eligible countries are listed below:
